### Job Description
As a Junior Cabin Crew member at American Airlines, you will be an ambassador of our brand and a first point of contact for our passengers. The role involves ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction. It’s a dynamic position that requires adaptability and excellent interpersonal skills.
### Responsibilities
– Greet passengers, assist with seating, and provide inflight service.

– Address passengers’ queries, concerns, and needs effectively.

### Requirements
– Minimum age of 18.
– High school diploma or equivalent; further education or a degree in hospitality/tourism is a plus.
– Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
– Ability to swim and physical fitness to perform emergency life-saving procedures.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
– Adaptable to varying work schedules and willing to work on a rotational basis.
