#### Job Description
As a Junior Cabin Crew member at American Airlines, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of passengers aboard our flights. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about traveling and providing top-notch customer service.
#### Responsibilities
– Greet passengers, assist with seating assignments, and provide pre-flight safety demonstrations.
– Serve meals and beverages, and sell onboard duty-free items.
– Attend to passengers’ needs, answer questions, and resolve any travel-related issues.
– Adhere to safety protocols and handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
– Participate in pre-flight briefings and post-flight debriefings.
– Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and uniform compliance.
– Support the lead cabin crew and cockpit team to ensure a safe and pleasant flight experience for all.
#### Requirements
– Minimum age of 18 years.
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
– Capable of handling a flexible working schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
– Ability to stand, bend, and lift items, and move within the confines of an aircraft.
– Pass a background check, drug screen, and obtain necessary clearances.
#### Educational Qualifications
– A high school diploma or GED is required.
– Further certifications in Hospitality, Travel, or related fields are advantageous but not compulsory.
#### Experience
– No previous cabin crew experience required.
– Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fields is beneficial.
