Ā Proficiency in computer usage and navigating various software applications.
Ā Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
Ā Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is advantageous.
Working Hours: Flexible scheduling with evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ā Thorough understanding of customer service principles and practices.
