Amazon Remote Data Entry Clerk
Amazon is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Clerk to support our growing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating large volumes of data across multiple platforms, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining organized digital records. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and experience working with data management tools in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
ย Input, update, and maintain data accurately across Amazonยs databases and systems
ย Verify data for accuracy and ensure all entries are complete and consistent
ย Organize and manage digital records using internal Amazon tools and software
ย Perform routine quality checks to ensure data integrity and identify discrepancies
ย Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and availability
ย Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and follow data protection guidelines
ย Assist with... generating reports and summaries from collected data
ย Complete additional data-related tasks and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
ย Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role
ย Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management tools
ย High typing speed with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
ย Strong organizational skills and ability to manage large volumes of data
ย Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
ย Familiarity with Amazon's internal tools and platforms (preferred, but not required)
ย Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
ย High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management are a plus
