Amazon Product Launch & Project Manager (Part-Time, Remote) - Contract to Hire
AMAZON PRODUCT LAUNCH & PROJECT MANAGER (PART-TIME, REMOTE) We are an Amazon-based consumer products brand launching multiple new products in 2026, and we are looking for a Product Launch & Project Manager to own execution from product approval through launch. This role is responsible for keeping products moving through the full pipeline, including supplier coordination, packaging and creative coordination, listing setup, and launch readiness. This role requires strong ownership and proactive follow-up to keep projects moving without constant supervision. You will work closely with the founder (strategy and approvals), the supply chain manager (inventory and logistics), and designers or creative contractors. This is an execution-focused role with ownership over timelines and follow-ups. ✅ RESPONSIBILITIES Track product development timelines from idea to launch. Coordinate with suppliers on samples, revisions, and production. Manage packaging and insert design process with designers. Ensure all listing assets and content are ready before launch. Coordinate with supply chain on FBA shipments. Support launch execution, including PPC setup coordination, promotions, and quality checks. Provide weekly product status updates and flag blockers early. REQUIREMENTS Prior experience with Amazon product launches. Strong project management and follow-up skills. Excellent written English communication. Comfortable working with suppliers, designers, and internal team members. Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. ⏱ HOURS AND COMPENSATION Part-time role, 15 to 25 hours per week. Long-term opportunity as the brand scales. Hourly pay with a paid trial period.
