Amazon PPC Specialist (Senior) – Required Proof of Results (Skincare / Beauty) - Contract to Hire

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY – SERIOUS APPLICANTS ONLY We are a skincare company selling a premium facial serum on Amazon FBA (Beauty category). Our product is already live, and we are looking for a SENIOR Amazon PPC Specialist to optimize and scale advertising in a controlled, data-driven way. WORK STRUCTURE • Initial workload will be approximately 2 hours per day • This is intentional: we want focused, strategic work — not random changes • If real results are achieved, the scope of work and compensation will increase • We are looking for a long-term collaboration with the right person MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS • Proven experience managing Amazon PPC for FBA brands • Experience working with brands or small businesses (not only agencies) • Ability to analyze Search Term Reports and take real, actionable decisions • Strong negative keyword strategy • Manual campaign optimization (Exact, Phrase, and Broad) • Bid and budget control (no blind spending) • Solid understanding of metrics: ACOS, CTR, CPC, ROAS • Experience in the Beauty / Skincare category is a strong PLUS VERY IMPORTANT This is NOT a beginner position. We are not looking for theory or “learning on the job”.
