As an Amazon Mechanical Turk (MTurk) Worker, you will be part of a diverse, virtual workforce responsible for carrying out a variety of tasks known as HITs (Human Intelligence Tasks) for clients worldwide. Tasks could include data validation, research, survey participation, content moderation, and more. The position offers flexible hours and the ability to work from anywhere. ## Responsibilities 1. Complete a variety of HITs (Human Intelligence Tasks) in a timely and accurate manner. Tasks can vary from simple data entry jobs to more complex analytical tasks. 2. Review instructions provided with each HIT and ensure understanding before beginning work. 3. Adhere to quality standards set by requesters and maintain a high task approval rate. 4. Keep track of your completed tasks and earnings. 5. Continually learn and adapt to new tasks and requesters. ## Requirements • A computer with reliable internet access. • Proficient in English (reading and writing). • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • The ability to follow complex instructions. • Self-motivated and capable of working independently. • Basic computer skills including proficiency in web browsing and data entry. • No specific educational qualifications or prior experience required, but familiarity with the web and comfortable working in an online environment is beneficial. ## Please Note Amazon Mechanical Turk is a crowdsourcing marketplace that allows individuals to earn money by completing small tasks, but it should not be seen as a consistent or primary source of income. Earnings can vary greatly based on the tasks available and your speed/accuracy in completing them. All workers are considered independent contractors, and no benefits are provided.
