Amazon Manager – Onsite (New York, NY)

We are excited to present an opportunity for an Amazon Manager to take full ownership of marketplace operations and directly shape the growth of fast-scaling e-commerce brands. You’ll partner directly with leadership to influence product development while leading a small team of virtual assistants to execute at scale. What You’ll Do • Manage all aspects of Amazon Seller Central, including catalog hygiene, flat files, Brand Registry, compliance, and FBA replenishment. • Partner with leadership on product development, from market research to packaging, sampling, and launch planning. • Lead and coach VAs handling PPC campaigns, A+ Content, keyword optimization, listings, and imaging. • Execute and optimize product launches through pricing, promotions, reviews, and KPIs such as sessions, conversion, and TACoS/ROAS. • Troubleshoot issues including listing suppressions, IP claims, stranded inventory, and customer feedback challenges. • Maintain SOPs, timelines, and weekly dashboards to keep performance and execution on track. What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of hands-on Seller Central experience with proven success launching and scaling private-label SKUs. • Strong project management and communication skills, comfortable working closely with executives. • Fluency in FBA operations, listing creation, A+ Content, catalog fixes, and compliance basics. • Data-driven mindset with advanced Excel/Sheets skills; familiarity with Helium 10 or Jungle Scout is a plus. • Prior experience managing VAs or agencies to deliver high-quality execution.
