Monitor and analyze delivery performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Provide support and guidance to Flex drivers to ensure compliance with company standards.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to deliveries and logistics.
