ILC Land Surveyor - Remote
My client, a well-established local Colorado surveying firm, is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to support their growing demand for Improvement Location Certificate (ILC) surveys. This is a remote-friendly role with a mix of field and office work, and a company-provided truck for field assignments.

Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Perform ILC surveys across the Colorado Front Range
ā¢ Conduct both fieldwork and office-based tasks, including data collection, processing, and drafting
ā¢ Operate GPS, total stations, and other modern survey equipment
ā¢ Prepare accurate survey documents in compliance with Colorado standards
ā¢ Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
ā¢ Candidate Requirements
ā¢ Required:
ā¢ Demonstrated experience conducting land surveys in Colorado
ā¢ Familiarity with ILC standards and local regulations
ā¢ Proficiency with survey equipment and CAD software
ā¢ Valid driver's license and ability to work independently
ā¢ Preferred:
ā¢ Colorado residency
ā¢ PLS license in the state of Colorado
