Amazon FBA Whole Sale Virtual Assistant Needed
Amazon Wholesale Virtual Assistant (Pakistan or Philippines — Lahore Preferred) — Long-Term Position We are looking for a skilled and reliable Amazon Wholesale Virtual Assistant based in Pakistan or the Philippines (Lahore preferred for Pakistan) to help grow our Amazon US wholesale business. This is a long-term role for someone who understands Amazon Seller Central, wholesale sourcing, and brand approvals. ⸻ ✅ Responsibilities • Source profitable wholesale products from authorized distributors/brands • Perform deep product research using Keepa, SellerAmp, Helium10, and Google Sheets • Analyze BSR, sales ranks, competition, ROI, and profit margins • Contact suppliers, request price lists, and negotiate discounts • Handle Brand Approvals / Ungating (invoices, supplier verification, documentation) • Manage product sheets, pricing updates, and stock tracking • Assist with FBA shipment creation, listing updates, and catalog cleanup • Provide daily updates and follow SOPs ⸻ Requirements • Must live in Pakistan or the Philippines (Lahore preferred if in Pakistan) • Strong experience with the Amazon Wholesale model • Proven experience with Brand Approvals / Ungating • Knowledge of Keepa, SellerAmp, BSR tracking, and competition analysis • Good communication skills • Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and a fast learner • Availability 20–40 hours/week (long-term) ⸻ ⭐ Preferred • Experience dealing with US distributors & brands • Understanding of Amazon compliance, IP risk, and listing health • Strong skills in Google Sheets ⸻ What We Offer • Long-term stable position • Weekly payments through Upwork • Training and growth opportunities • Supportive team environment • Fixed monthly salary + 10% commission on net profit from products you source ⸻ How to Apply Please send: 1.
