Job Title: Senior BPO & AI – Vanguard Partner | Remote | 1099 Location: Remote – United States Type: Contract (1099 Independent Contractor) Compensation: $500 per qualified lead + 5% commission on closed deals (uncapped earnings) About the Role: We’re seeking senior BPO Sales Leaders with proven enterprise experience to drive growth in AI, automation, and digital transformation. As a Vanguard Partner, you’ll help clients modernize CX and back-office operations while earning uncapped commissions on your results.
