Ability to handle customer inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and accuracy. Familiarity with Amazon's platform or similar online shopping experiences is a plus. Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
