Job DescriptionAs a Remote Contact Center Engineer at Amazon, you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing Amazon’s customer contact infrastructure. Your work will involve system architecture design, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of contact center tools and platforms. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
Proven experience in contact center technologies, VoIP, telephony, or related systems
Strong understanding of networking, cloud services, and systems integration
Proficiency with contact center platforms such as Amazon Connect, Cisco, or Genesys
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Strong communication and collaboration skills for remote teamwork
Familiarity with scripting and automation tools is a plus
Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and maintain contact center systems and integrations
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting contact center operations
