Amazon Brand Specialist

Boxout LLC., a national distributor and industry leader in health and wellness product distribution for over 60 years, is seeking a Brand Specialist to join our team. In this position you will be working in a high volume, Omni-Channel business, operating multiple storefronts including Amazon, eBay, Wal-Mart, and Target+, with other team members. Brand Specialist responsibilities include managing product content and listings, platform compliance, promotions, monitoring metrics and recognizing trends, developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key executives and stakeholders, preparing sales reports, and partnering with functions throughout the business to drive growth.

Responsibilities:

· Manage Omni-Channel product listings- effectively communicate with internal and external partners to maintain highly engaging and compliant content.

· Strategize with advertising partners on goals and expense budgets for PPC marketing campaigns. Collaborate and present advertising plans and results to stakeholders.

· Weekly calls and monthly business reviews with vendors followed by detailed recaps and follow ups on action items.

· Monitor online marketplace metrics to proactively recognize trends and opportunities for growth and improved profitability.

· Develop materials and strategies for the launch of new products throughout the Omni-channel platforms.

· Monitor and respond to customer reviews and comments. Analyze feedback and review product improvements with manufacturers.

· Track unauthorized and counterfeit product sellers and initiate removal actions with Brand owners.

· Plan for key promotional events by creating a promo calendar, soliciting financial support internally and externally, inventory planning and promo setup in platforms.

· Identify, suggest, and implement improvements to our business.

· Evaluate changes in the marketplace and pursue continued education of new programs and features.

· Consistently monitor vital brand/sales metrics and analytics to report overall health

· Focus on change and optimization to drive improvement

· Possess professional persona and collaborate well with team members

· Demonstrate exceptional writing ability and effective communication skills

· Competitor analysis and keyword research

· Define and manage competitive retail selling strategy around price and mix

· Accountable for buy box %, revenue, inventory and vendor performance

· MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) enforcement

· Assist with the launch of new programs.

· Provide insights for store planning

· Partner with e-Commerce, Marketing, Sales, Analysts and New Business Development

· Oversee performance of ratings and reviews on product and storefront

· Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Ability to multi task

· Proven, strong analytical ability

· Ability to negotiate

· Ability to resolve channel, product and vendor issues

· Attention to detail

· Experience with ecommerce platforms

· Results oriented.

· Bachelor’s degree or higher

· Compensation for this position is between $65,000 and $95,000 annually based on various factors specific to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other relevant experience.
