• Deliver readable and testable code while meeting and exceeding client expectations. We will be looking for clean, well-structured code, as well as the use of test-driven development practices.
• Enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
For all profiles:
• Creative and pragmatic mind to develop innovative and unique solutions to complex problems.
• Availability to overlap 4 hours with US EST time zone working hours.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and assertive communication skills.
• A high level of autonomy, pragmatic mindset, and constant search for continuous improvement.
• High orientation to detail, with the ability to break down and implement new ideas and designs.
• Advanced spoken and written English skills.
