The work hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
Compensation:
$65,000 - $77,000 yearly

Join an efficient origination team in NY with a significant loan pipeline.

Utilize your skills as a bilingual Loan Officer Assistant to support the leading Loan Officer Team at Madison Mortgage, the top broker in New York.
Aid in loan processing, overseeing the loan pipeline, and ensuring timely completion of documentation.
Maintain open communication by providing regular updates to clients, real estate agents, and attorneys engaged in the loan process.
Apply your sales abilities to boost business development endeavors, such as contacting potential referral partners like real estate agents, accountants, attorneys, and financial planners.
Work closely with a dedicated team of experts committed to excellence and continual improvement.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a positive attitude to excel in a high-performing team environment.
Qualifications:
* To qualify for the role of Experienced Loan Officer Assistant - Bilingual in Lake Success, NY, US, candidates need 2-5 years of experience in a sales role related to loan processing or origination.
Proficiency in Encompass software is a must-have for this position.
Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
Holding a license as a Mortgage Loan Originator would be beneficial, or candidates must be willing to pursue licensing in NY.
Fluency in Spanish is a strong preference for this role.
Excellent communication skills are necessary to ensure regular updates with clients, real estate professionals, and legal representatives.
Candidates should possess a sales-driven mindset and be able to contribute to business growth initiatives.
