The Aladdin Client Experience team is seeking a Client Success Specialist to provide exceptional service to clients, assist with inquiries, and resolve complex issues related to the Aladdin platform. Responsibilities Deliver impactful client service: As the initial contact person for our clients, you will interact with them via ServiceNow, email, and telephone. Your core responsibility is to guide clients in effectively using Aladdin. Your focus lies in building client confidence, providing support, and empowering them to manage their businesses. This role allows you to enhance your technical, industry, and interpersonal proficiencies Solve problems through technology: Apply and grow your technical skills in SQL and UNIX (which we'll teach you) to diagnose issues, provide solutions, and support clients Provide insights through proactive education: We study data and collaborate with clients and engineers to prevent and address issues promptly Be a student every day: We foster a culture of ongoing learning.
