Senior Consultant with Informatica

We are looking for a Senior Consultant with strong experience in Informatica to design, implement, and optimize data integration and data management solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
⢠Lead the design and implementation of Informaticaâbased data integration, ETL/ELT, and data quality solutions.
⢠Analyze client requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable technical designs.
⢠Configure, develop, and optimize mappings, workflows, and sessions in Informatica tools.
⢠Collaborate with architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders to define target data architectures and integration patterns.
⢠Support data migration initiatives, including source analysis, mapping, transformation rules, and validation.
⢠Implement and enforce best practices for performance tuning, error handling, and reusability in Informatica projects.
⢠Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and deployment guides.
⢠Provide guidance, mentoring, and code reviews for junior consultants and developers.
⢠Participate in preâsales activities: effort estimation, solution proposals, demos, and client workshops.
⢠Troubleshoot complex issues across environments (dev/test/prod) and ensure stable operations after goâlive.
Qualifications
⢠5+ years of handsâon experience with Informatica tools
⢠Strong SQL skills and experience with major relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DB2).
⢠Experience working in data warehousing, BI, or data migration projects.
⢠Good understanding of data integration patterns, data modeling concepts, and data quality principles.
⢠Experience working in clientâfacing consulting roles, including workshops and stakeholder management.
⢠Strong problemâsolving skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
Preferred qualifications
⢠Experience with big data or modern data platforms
⢠Familiarity with DevOps/DataOps practices and CI/CD for data integration solutions.
