Airport Customer Service Agent - Ontario

As the first point of contact for our passengers, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive travel experience. This customer-facing position requires a friendly, proactive individual with a strong commitment to problem-solving and efficiency. Responsibilities

Assist passengers with baggage pick-up and ensure accurate tracking of luggage using computer systems.
Resolve passenger issues related to delayed, lost, or damaged items with professionalism and empathy.
Handle customer interactions with efficiency, effectiveness, and a positive attitude.
Perform other related duties as assigned, within the scope of your skills and experience.
Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move items weighing up to 70 pounds regularly.
Ability to lift weights of 40-50 pounds on raised surfaces.
Must be able to navigate jetway stairs safely and remain alert to moving vehicles and aircraft.
Proficiency in using radio equipment for communication.


Qualifications

Must be a local (in-state) resident.
High School diploma or GED required.
Valid In-State Driver's License required.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and a 10-year background check.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have authorization to work in the United States.
Completion of ramp and SIDA training is required for airport authority identification and security.
