About the Role As an Airline Technical Representative, you will be the linchpin between our clients, tenants, designers, and construction teams, ensuring the seamless execution of aviation capital projects. Your expertise in terminal design and construction, airline operations, airport planning, and project management will be crucial in evaluating and implementing solutions to operational impacts, coordinating project phasing, and developing cost estimates and program budgets. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and implement solutions to operational impacts, coordinating resolution with clients, tenants, designers, and construction teams. Conduct design reviews of conceptual and detailed designs for airport terminal and airfield improvements, including terminals, concourses, apron areas, and specialty systems. Represent clients in progress meetings, coordinating design, addressing operational issues, and developing solutions. Maintain effective communication with peers, supervisors, and clients as necessary. Develop project phasing to address operational issues and review and develop program schedules and alternative or recovery options. Prepare status reports, presentations, and materials explaining operational impacts or general project information to clients and others. Monitor construction status and coordinate with representatives of the construction team on project status and construction issues. Perform specialized tasks as required, in the area of expertise, with minimal supervision and within acceptable time frames, and at the highest quality level. Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you must possess: A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University or Program in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Engineering or Management, Aviation Management, or a closely related discipline. 5-10 years of experience in terminal design and construction, airline operations, airport design, planning, and operations; terminal/larger building construction/implementation experience is a plus. A background in aviation capital project development and implementation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access; CAD and graphics software experience is preferable. The ability to obtain airport security clearance, which requires a 10-year criminal background check. A valid Driver's License. The capacity to identify potential cost and saving opportunities. Above-average communication skills, both oral and written. Excellent computer skills, with a thorough understanding of the Microsoft Office suite. The ability to work within a structured environment with set expectations and complete assigned tasks without deviation from established approvals. Attention to detail with respect to quality standards. The ability to interact in group settings, using judgment and discretion, to always represent the firm in the desired manner.
