T There is an abundance of challenging and sophisticated work here, thus you will be exposed to a diverse array of complex technologies (e.g., robotics; kinematics; structural engineering pertaining to complex dynamic systems; machine design; automated manufacturing machines, equipment, and related control systems; mechatronics; application of state-of-the-art machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI); optical systems, etc.). The focus of the work will primarily relate to the preparation and prosecution of patents for domestic and foreign clients while also supporting practice needs in other related areas (e.g., patentability, infringement, and freedom to operate opinions; portfolio strategy and management; due diligence; litigation support; Patent Trial and Appeal Board issues).
