Key Responsibilities
Transport airline crew members between airports and hotels in a safe, timely, and professional manner
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and comfortable ride
Assist passengers with luggage loading and unloading as needed
Communicate effectively with dispatch via radio, phone, and in-person interactions
Use GPS and flight tracking technology to monitor schedules and pick-up locations
Maintain a strong focus on safety, security, and reliability
Requirements
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Must be at least 21 years old
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, physical, MVR report, and background check
Must be able to speak, read, and write in English
Comfortable using technology for tracking flight schedules and navigation
