AI Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an AI Solutions Specialist to join our AI consultancy practice who scope, build and deploy bespoke solutions using AI for customers. What will you be doing? Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions tailored to business problems across various domains. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., data scientists, software developers, product managers) to define solution requirements and integration strategies. Translate complex business requirements into scalable AI applications using machine learning, natural language processing, or computer vision. Build and refine proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and prototypes to demonstrate the value of AI solutions to stakeholders. Lead the implementation of AI models into production environments, ensuring robustness, scalability, and maintainability. Work directly with customer stakeholders to identify use cases, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions. Document solution architecture, workflows, and best practices for knowledge sharing and reusability. Why you should apply? The right person for this role will have experience designing and deploying pro-code solutions to a variety of customers within a similar consultancy environment. While your current role may not be solely focused on solutions with using AI technology it is expected that you will have experience in the development of similar solutions and be able to demonstrate a strong passion and desire to focus in this area. Key Skills: Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in AI/ML application development. Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices across multiple languages and frameworks. Practical experience with LLM/VLM frameworks Proficiency with Microsoft Azure AI stack Experience in Azure-based application architecture using AKS, ACA, Azure Functions, and microservices design patterns. Solid knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases for flexible, performant data storage solutions. Frontend integration capabilities using JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks like React or Next.js. Hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for efficient development and deployment workflows. Deep understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures for scalable and decoupled system design. Knowledge of system architecture and design patterns, ensuring robust, maintainable, and performant solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences. Demonstrated experience in client-facing environments, including requirements gathering, solution demos, and technical advisory. Practical stuff Where is the role based?
