Your Responsibilities and Duties: • Create efficient and maintainable test automation frameworks using Playwright for modern web applications and software components. • Support Business Users, Data Scientists, and Business Analysts to prepare and execute UAT testing to ensure solutions meet user needs and requirements. • Proactively identify risks and failure modes, propose measures to enhance quality and reliability, and embrace modern tools and practices for continuous improvement. • Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test data management, evaluation metrics, and test reports using modern documentation tools. • Implement efficient testing workflows and automation practices to boost test coverage, reliability, and development team productivity. Qualifications and Experience: • Experience with modern development tools and practices, with willingness to explore AI-assisted development tools such as Git Hub Copilot, Cursor, or similar productivity‑enhancing IDEs. • Understanding of software testing methodologies and experience applying modern testing techniques, with interest in learning AI‑enhanced testing approaches. • Experience in testing complex software systems, including understanding of software architecture, performance considerations, and data quality assessment. • Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured) and integrating API tests within comprehensive test suites. • Demonstrated ability to create and maintain automation scripts with focus on improving test efficiency and coverage. • Experience with modern development practices including CI/CD integration of automated tests and version control systems. • Good to have ISTQB Foundation Certification or other relevant testing certifications. Preferred Skills/Abilities: • Knowledge of modern testing frameworks and methodologies for creating efficient, maintainable testing systems that can adapt to changing application requirements. • Experience with productivity‑enhancing development tools and ability to leverage them for efficient test development and maintenance. • Basic understanding of emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML systems) and their testing considerations when relevant to the application domain. • An enthusiastic and proactive mindset towards adopting new tools and technologies to improve testing effectiveness and efficiency. • Passionate about advancing modern testing practices, ensuring quality, reliability, and robustness in software solutions. • Ability to lead improvement initiatives and demonstrate how modern tools and practices can enhance testing workflows and productivity. • Experience with comprehensive testing practices including visual regression testing, accessibility testing, and performance testing using Playwright. • Understanding of the strategic context of large organizations and… Apply tot his job
