AI - Powered Airbnb Listing Optimizer
We are looking for an experienced freelancer to help us train an AI system to analyze the text of the highest-ranking Airbnb listings in our market. The goal is to identify the common attributes, language patterns, and best practices that make these listings successful.
The assignment involves two steps:
1. Initial Project:
ā¢ Train an AI model to review top-performing Airbnb listings in our area.
ā¢ Identify common elements, tone, and structure that drive performance.
ā¢ Take the text of our current listings and revise them to reflect these best practices.
2. Ongoing Work (Monthly):
ā¢ Update the AI system with the latest high-ranking listing data.
ā¢ Refresh and optimize our listing text accordingly.
This is likely a one-time intensive project with a recurring monthly update. We are looking for someone who understands both AI tools and short-term rental marketing.
Deliverables:
