AI Operations Analyst Intern

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThe AI Operations Analyst at Semtech provides technical and operational project coordination, supporting the implementation of AI-powered tools in close collaboration with the operations team which encompasses Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, Purchasing and related functions. In addition to the core project responsibilities, there is a critical need for additional support in:AI Tool Implementation: Assist in developing and optimizing AI-powered workflows using Copilot and ClaudeProvide technical support for the integration of AI-enabled solutions into company systems and platforms like SAP, including process mapping, documentation, and workflow improvementsAssist with configuration, testing and validation of AI functionalities and support pilot implementations, user acceptance testing, rollout planning and post-deployment operational supportTechnical and Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with technology partners (IT, SAP, etc.) on system development, integration and deploymentAct as an operational bridge between users and technical teams and facilitate clear communication of requirements, issues and feedback across stakeholdersReporting & Continuous Improvement: Prepare operational updates and status reports for Project Team LeadsCollect feedback and usage insights for continuous improvement and assist in troubleshooting and enhancement of AI and digital solutionsLearn and contribute to SAP system workflowsCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in AI related fieldsHands-on experience with AI tools, specifically Microsoft Copilot or ClaudeStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
