Responsibilities:
Enter data accurately and efficiently into various systems
Review and correct data errors
Organize and maintain physical and digital files
Create and manage spreadsheets and databases
Ensure data integrity and security
Identify ways to enhance data accuracy and efficiency
Provide support for other clerical tasks
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
Minimum 1 year of data entry or related experience
Strong typing skills (at least 50 words per minute)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and data entry software
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
