We’re looking for a highly skilled and imaginative Visual Designer to join Fireflies.ai — someone who loves crafting eye-catching visuals. In this role, you’ll own the creation of marketing visuals, launch assets, social creatives, and digital ads that shape how people see and experience the Fireflies brand. As the visual voice of our story, you’ll design across mediums — from static campaigns and product visuals to short-form content and AI-assisted videos. This is a hands-on, high-impact creative role for someone with a strong visual sense, storytelling instincts, and a desire to experiment with new tools and formats. What You’ll Do Visual & Marketing Design • Design static ads, product launch assets, website graphics, banners, and posters that elevate Fireflies’ brand. • Work on campaign visuals for social media, newsletters, and product updates. • Ensure all creative output aligns with Fireflies’ brand identity and visual standards. Expand into Video & AI-Generated Content Collaborate on short-form videos, motion graphics, and product explainers. • Use AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, Veo 3, Higgsfield, and others to accelerate idea generation and content creation. • Experiment with storytelling formats that blend visuals, motion, and sound to create engaging experiences. Campaign & Launch Support • Partner with marketing and product teams to translate messaging into visually compelling campaigns. • Design graphics and visuals for feature launches, founder updates, and creative social experiments. • Deliver quick-turnaround assets that balance quality, clarity, and creativity. Collaboration & Creative Ownership • Work closely with the design, growth, and product teams to maintain a consistent brand system. • Take ownership of your creative ideas from concept to delivery — iterate fast, seek feedback, and refine. • Build and maintain a visual asset library for reuse across channels. Who You Are • 2 to 4 years of experience in Visual or Graphic design for an AI native/Tech/SaaS startup • Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) and Figma. • A strong visual storyteller who can create clean, modern, and impactful designs that make people stop scrolling. • Familiarity with AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Veo 3, Higgsfield, etc.) to supercharge creativity. • Organized, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. • Passionate about experimenting with motion, trends, and emerging creative tools — you love to learn by doing. Bonus Points: • Experience creating content for founders, influencers, or tech/AI brands. • Interest in video editing, motion design, or experimenting with AI-generated visuals.
