Job Overview
SPH Studios is looking for multiple writers to use AI tools to ghostwrite a variety of romance genres. They include:
Romance (Paranormal, Science Fiction, Contemporary, Fantasy, Dark)
We are looking for creative people that have experience meeting deadlines and are willing to write stories with provided outlines.
We are hiring for both 1) People who will use AI tools to create content as well as 2) People who will work with AI produced content to mold it into a final product.
The ideal candidates are people looking to have an opportunity to actually realize writing as a career. They will embrace AI technology to 10x their productivity. Combined with new technologies, we make writing a sustainable, viable option that's fun. Our writers and editors have steady work at the level they want. If they want full time work they have it, or if they want something more part time, we're able to accommodate that as well.
This is a remote position, so all work will be done from home and all communication will be conducted online or over the phone.
Compensation
We will pay a flat dollar rate per project provided that it meets our expectations and guidelines (which will be communicated to you ahead of time).
Rates are based on a per project component completion basis that will average out to $18 an hour, although you will be able to work at your own pace and your own schedule.
Ideal Candidates Will Be
• Able to write in native US English
• Able to effectively use AI tools to produce fiction
• Be able to write compelling and memorable genre fiction
• Be able to work as a team
• Be able to meet deadlines
• Have either writing, traditional publishing, self-publishing, technology, or ghostwriting experience in the past
• Is able to follow directions
• Is available throughout the day to respond to messages from team members
• Are reliable, and able to communicate effectively
