What youll be doing (in epic fashion): Develop AI solutions that actually work not just in theory, but in the real world. Work with deep learning, NLP, TensorFlow, computer vision, chatbots, and agentic platforms. Take part in multidisciplinary projects, from functional design to prototyping and testing. Document solutions, share learnings, and contribute to our AI strategy. Collaborate with internal teams to identify innovation opportunities using AI. What you bring to the table: Mandatory: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in AI solutions. Strong command of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, TensorFlow, NLP, and related areas. Solid understanding of algorithms, object-oriented design, and functional principles. Experience in developing REST APIs, and designing NoSQL and relational databases. English fluency is mandatory. Valued: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field. Experience with innovation accelerators. Familiarity with cloud environments.
