The Role We're looking for an AI Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and support the execution and automation of email marketing campaigns across multiple e-commerce brands. In this hands-on role, you'll work with cutting-edge AI tools to drive efficiency, personalization, and results in email marketing, while gaining deep exposure to high-performance e-commerce environments. This is an ideal role for someone with a solid foundation in email marketing and Klaviyo, looking to grow their career by leveraging AI-driven solutions. The position can be full-time or part-time, based on experience and availability. However, reliability, proactive communication, and a strong work ethic are non-negotiable. Responsibilities • Assist in planning and executing AI-enhanced email marketing campaigns across multiple e-commerce brands using Klaviyo. • Support the setup of automated workflows, segmentation, and A/B testing to drive engagement and conversions. • Collaborate with the senior team to implement AI tools for copy generation, audience targeting, and performance optimization. • Manage and maintain email lists and segmentation to ensure precise targeting and healthy list performance. • Support reporting and analysis of key campaign metrics to identify areas for improvement. • Help maintain the email marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution aligned with brand goals and promotional schedules. • Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure cohesive and engaging campaign output. Skills & Experience • Hands-on email marketing experience, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing setting. • Mandatory experience with Klaviyo, including automation, segmentation, and campaign building. • Mandatory experience with AI tools used in marketing (e.g., for copywriting, predictive analytics, or personalization). • Analytical mindset with an eagerness to learn and apply data-driven decision-making. • Excellent written communication skills with an eye for persuasive, brand-aligned copy. • Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to professional growth and delivering results. Eligibility & Location Requirements This role is 100% remote. At Foxelli Group, our team operates primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET), which is UTC+2 and UTC+3. We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported. • For full-time roles, we expect hires to be available during at least 5 hours of typical working hours in the EET time zone to ensure effective collaboration and communication. This requirement does not apply to part-time roles.
