Key Responsibilities:
Work with AI development teams to design and implement healthcare-focused chatbots
Analyze patient interactions and provide feedback for AI chatbot improvement
Ensure that the chatbot provides accurate healthcare information and meets compliance standards
Train the AI system using real healthcare scenarios to improve its effectiveness
Assist in integrating chatbots with healthcare systems and patient portals
Provide insights into user behavior and suggest improvements to enhance the chatbot’s capabilities
Qualifications:
Active RN license in the U.S. (or in progress for new grads)
Interest or experience in AI or chatbot technology
Familiarity with healthcare-related technology and systems

Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical teams
A proactive approach and a willingness to learn about AI and machine learning
