About the Role
We're looking for a seasoned Sr. Sourcing Manager to play a key role in defining and implementing our global sourcing strategy for apparel products. As a critical member of our supply chain team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, improving efficiency, and ensuring the highest levels of quality and compliance. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact on our business and help shape the future of print-on-demand services.
Key Responsibilities

Vendor and Product Management: Conduct quarterly supply and product business reviews, build and maintain supplier SOPs, and partner with compliance, social responsibility, and sustainability teams to document and maintain supplier requirements.
Vendor Qualification: Develop a short and long-term sourcing strategy, identify the best suppliers through detailed analysis, and partner with research and development teams to test new fabrics and develop new products.
Costing and Contract Management: Lead multi-million dollar deals, negotiate vendor relationships, review existing contracts, and draft work orders that define project-specific terms.
Leadership and Collaboration: Lead new product sourcing and program management across suppliers, operations, business development, and tech, and partner with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and improvement.

A Day in the Life
As a Sr. Sourcing Manager at Amazon Merch on Demand, your days will be filled with a mix of strategic planning, tactical execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You'll be focused on sourcing softline products, building and communicating complex sourcing strategies, and managing multiple complex projects and negotiations simultaneously. Your exceptional analytic skills, judgment, and communication skills will be essential in extracting insights from data and driving business decisions.
Basic Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience
5+ years of supply chain experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree or MBA in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics, or a related field
Intermediate knowledge of SQL, including compile queries, subqueries, aggregation/grouping, data modification, etc.
