AI Automation & Operations Assistant (Remote – Kenya)

Overview We are looking for a Kenya-based AI Automation & Operations Assistant to support the founder of Pivot Point Freight, New Age Logistics, and New Age Consulting. Your main mission is to turn manual, repetitive work into clean, repeatable systems using AI tools (like ChatGPT), CRMs, spreadsheets, and simple automations. You’ll help with data management, outreach support, basic research, and documenting and improving day-to-day processes. This is a part-time remote role at 16–20 hours per week. Compensation: $5.00 USD per hour, approximately $350–$430 USD per month at 16–20 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase both pay and hours as the role grows toward full-time based on performance. 1.
