I’m running a pilot project focused on improving how a commercial real estate investment firm sources potential acquisition opportunities.
The goal is to test a lightweight automation workflow that helps identify property owners and support structured outreach.
This is not a large software build. The objective is to evaluate a lean workflow that combines data extraction, enrichment, and outreach support.

Examples of areas where support may be needed include:
• extracting or structuring property data from existing datasets
• supporting owner identification workflows
• basic enrichment or classification logic
• organizing results into structured datasets
• creating simple workflow automation for outreach tracking
The goal is to determine the leanest viable automation layer that improves sourcing efficiency.

Someone comfortable working with:
• Python
