AI Automation / Backend Developer

We are looking for a highly technical AI Engineer who moves fast. You will not just be writing code; you will be architecting workflows and building user-facing dashboards. You need to be an expert in connecting APIs, building RAG agents, and using modern "low-code" AI tools to ship products in record time. We are looking for a builder who is comfortable using Cursor, n8n, and Lovable.dev. The Tech Stack • Automation: Expert-level n8n (building comprehensive, multi-step workflows). • Frontend/Dashboards: Lovable.dev (using it to build clean, functional dashboards and internal tools). • Backend Logic: Experience connecting complex APIs (REST/GraphQL). • AI Architecture: Building RAG Models (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) to let AI interact with our data. • Core Languages: Strong proficiency in Python or JavaScript (Node.js) to write custom script nodes and backend logic. Responsibilities • Build Complex Workflows: Design and deploy n8n automations (e.g., "When a user signs up, scrape their website, summarize it with an LLM, and update our CRM"). • Create Dashboards: Use Lovable.dev to spin up user-facing dashboards and admin panels rapidly. • Develop RAG Systems: Build backends where users can chat with PDF documents or specific datasets. • Scripting: Write and deploy Python/JS scripts for data scraping, cleaning, or API middleware. • Communication: Explain your code logic in clear spoken English via Slack/Zoom during US business hours. Requirements • Fluent English: Excellent spoken and written English is non-negotiable. • EST Availability: You must be available to work during New York business hours (Night shift in PH). • Experience: You must have used Cursor IDE or similar AI-assisted tools to speed up development.
