Key Responsibilities
As an AI Architect at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in defining and executing our AI strategy for the developer experience platform. Your responsibilities will include:
AI Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive AI strategies that elevate our developer experience platform and drive innovation across the organization.
Machine Learning Model Development: Build, train, and deploy machine learning models using advanced techniques including deep learning, transformer architectures, and large language models (LLMs).
Quantitative Programming: Demonstrate deep expertise in quantitative programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL, working with distributed stores including S3, Flash, and Vector Databases.
Model Experimentation: Lead model deployment for experimentation, continuously iterating on AI solutions to achieve optimal performance and reliability.
Transformer & Embedding Implementation: Apply strong understanding of transformer architecture and vector embeddings to solve diverse business challenges across the platform.
Data Quality Management: Ensure exceptional data quality through rigorous analysis, modeling, handling of missing values, anomaly detection, model performance evaluation, result validation, and actionable interpretation of findings.
Algorithm Selection & Tuning: Select appropriate ML algorithms, train models, and fine-tune hyperparameters to achieve the best predictive performance possible.
Foundation Model Integration: Gain experience with training models or utilizing foundation models, with the ability to retrain or fine-tune for custom business needs.
Technical Communication: Present experimental results in a clear and compelling manner, translating complex AI model capabilities into digestible information for non-technical stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with AI engineers, software developers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver end-to-end AI-enabled solutions.
