Financial Controller (Multinational) - Immediate IRS Support Needed

Location: Remote Start: Immediate (24–48 hours) Engagement: Ongoing (initial urgent phase + longer-term controller oversight) Overview We are an international ecommerce business operating across North America, Australia, and Europe, and we are seeking an experienced financial controller–level professional to help us resolve an active IRS matter immediately, then continue on in an ongoing oversight role. This is not a junior accounting or bookkeeping position. We are open to consultants or fractional controllers, but we need someone who can step in quickly, take ownership, and execute. Immediate Priority Assist with active IRS issues, including: Outstanding balances Penalties IRS correspondence and follow-up Coordinate with existing accountants and advisors Help assess next steps (payment plans, abatements, documentation, timelines) Push matters forward with urgency and diligence You do not need to be the registered agent, but you must be comfortable dealing directly with the IRS and managing the process to resolution.
