Responsibilities
Represent stakeholder needs to Agile teams and drive solution concepts across multiple teams.

Develop and communicate the product strategy, definition, and positioning road map.

Conduct full competitive analysis and win/loss analysis to inform product decisions.

Participate in validation of proposed solutions and communicate customer needs effectively.

Manage the Program Epic/Initiative backlog at the Agile Lean Program Level.
,
Partner with stakeholders to develop business cases for Epics/features affecting the Agile Release Train.
,
Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and support portfolio work.
,
Collaborate with system and solution architects for decision-making on technical aspects.
,
Build and mentor an effective product manager/product owner team for multiple trains.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.
,
Minimum of 8 years of experience in writing business/functional requirements and implementing Agile methodologies.
,
SAFe (SA) certification is required.
Nice-to-haves
Leading SAFe (SA) certification preferred.
,
Experience with data mining is preferred.
,
Familiarity with Jira is preferred.
,
Experience with Aha! is a plus.
,
