What You’ll Do
Provide 1:1 developmental intervention services using DIR/Floortime principles Support children in building social, emotional, and communication skills Follow individualized developmental plans tailored to each child Engage caregivers through coaching and collaboration Foster meaningful, play-based interactions to promote development Document sessions accurately and in a timely manner Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical and administration team
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor's Degree Required for this role (does not need to be in related field to qualify)Passion for working with children and supporting developmental growth Strong interpersonal, communication, and engagement skills Ability to think creatively and adapt to each child’s needs Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset Willingness to learn and grow within the DIR/Floor time model Preferred (but not required): Experience in DIR/Floor time, early childhood development, ABA, or related fields Master's degree in Psychology, Child Development, Education, or related field Prior experience working with children with autism or developmental differences
