He is also an accomplished freelancer, delivering exceptional results in conversion rate optimization, copywriting, and email marketing. Job Description:
We are hiring a Social Media Advertising Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a genuine interest in online advertising and a growth mindset. Since we invest our own capital and get paid on performance, we need someone who thinks critically and finds creative solutionsânot just someone who follows a playbook. A willingness to learn and continually improve matters more than years of experience.
Experience managing monthly budgets of $50k+ and writing ads that generate ROI is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person. If you donât meet all requirements but have a strong understanding of social media ad fundamentals, apply. We are always on the lookout for amazing people that want to learn and grow. What Youâll Do:
Manage paid media campaigns across Tiktok, Instagram & Youtube âincluding ad uploading, budget pacing, optimizations and biddingMedia planning for campaigns (break out monthly budgets into flights, or daily/hourly pacing plans â with guidance from the CEO)Test planning and execution (ideation, prioritization, and test roadmapâ with guidance from the CEO)Follow agency processes and help refine them for future team members (ties to quarterly bonus)Competitive research: Monitor creative trends and competitor strategies in our target industriesEventually creative collaboration: Work with designers, actors, videographers and web developers to produce ads and landing pages that drive conversionPerformance Analysis: Conduct audits and reporting on our accounts twice a week with performance insights and optimization opportunities
Requirements:
¡ 2-4 years of Meta, Tiktok or Youtube ad experience, with a focus on direct response¡ Demonstrated ability to work under and meet KPIs¡ Proficiency with excel or google sheets (pivot tables and vlookups will be necessary¡ Proactive mindset instead of reactive¡ Self-motivated, able to thrive in an environment where goals are clear but the path to achieve them isnât always¡ Growth mindset, always willing to learn¡ At least one reference who can speak positively about you¡ Excellent command of English (B2 or C1 level) and great communication skills¡ International applicants OK â but must be willing to work on US time zone
