 Review and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered into the system.
 Compile, sort, and organize data for input into the database.
 Update existing data and delete outdated or incorrect information as needed.
 Assist in generating reports based on the data entered to support decision-making processes.
 Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.
 Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and protocols.
Requirements
 High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in data entry or administration is a plus.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
 Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
 Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
 Basic understanding of data management software and electronic filing systems.
 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills.
