Summary We are looking for an Advanced QA Automation Engineer with a strong focus on quality, precision, and pixel-perfect validation. In this role, you will ensure that every visual, functional, and interactive aspect of our digital products meets the highest standards of accuracy and performance across multiple devices and environments. You are a detail-oriented professional with solid experience in both manual and automated testing, capable of detecting even the smallest discrepancies in layout, styling, or functionality. You collaborate closely with designers and developers to deliver consistent, high-quality, and visually flawless user experiences. Education • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field. Professional Experience • 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or QA Automation Engineer. Soft Skills •Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken). •Excellent communication and teamwork skills. •Strong attention to detail and observational accuracy. •Effective time management and ability to work within tight deadlines. •Open to learning new tools, technologies, and testing methodologies. •Proactive approach to quality improvement and continuous optimization. Required Technical Skills •Proven experience in test planning, test case design, execution, and reporting. •Expertise in frontend testing, both manual and automated, ensuring pixel-perfect accuracy and visual consistency across browsers and devices. •Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright or Cypress, including the integration of visual validation tests. •Familiarity with component-level testing in modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular. •Deep understanding of CSS, responsive design, and layout behavior, with the ability to identify pixel-level styling inconsistencies. •Experience validating UI/UX fidelity, spacing, color, and typography alignment with design specifications. •Strong collaboration with design and development teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality products. •Experience executing manual usability tests and identifying functional edge cases. •Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). •Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab). •Knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) for automated test pipelines. Nice to Have Skills •Experience using visual regression testing tools (e.g., Percy, Applitools, Chromatic, or similar). •Exposure to cloud environments (AWS preferred; also GCP or Azure). •Background in performance testing, data testing, or mobile testing. •Familiarity with financial services or the retirement industry in the U.S. •Understanding of accessibility testing and cross-browser compatibility best practices.
