Ads Setup & Campaign Manager Needed for Nimitech - Contract to Hire
Job Description:
Nimitech is looking for an experienced Ads Setup & Campaign Manager to help us launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
We need someone who can take full ownership of ad account setup and ongoing performance — from strategy to execution.
Responsibilities:
Set up and manage ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, or other platforms as needed)
Create and structure ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, and tracking
Install and configure pixels, conversion tracking, and analytics
Optimize campaigns for ROI (budget, bids, targeting, creatives)
Monitor performance and provide regular reports
Test audiences, creatives, and copy to improve results
Requirements:
Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns
Strong understanding of conversion tracking and funnels
Ability to analyze data and make performance-based decisions
Clear communication and reliable delivery
Bonus: Experience with tech or B2B products
