We believe in the importance of work-life balance and support our team members with a comprehensive benefits package.About the RoleThis role supports the delivery of large-scale data center security programs, ensuring that design intent, construction execution, and project documentation remain aligned and meet defined standards.You will work closely with designers, project managers, clients, and integrators, contributing to QA/QC, field coordination, and project execution.This is a hands-on, field-engaged role that goes beyond coordination, you will play an active role in ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment across projects.About YouYou understand how security systems are implemented in real-world environments and are comfortable working between design and construction teams. Requirements
Support delivery of data center security projects from design through construction Coordinate across internal teams, clients, and integrators Review drawings, submittals, and field conditions for accuracy and alignment Identify and help resolve QA/QC and field issues Manage and maintain project documentation (drawings, RFIs, submittals) Track progress, action items, and outstanding issues Participate in client and project meetings Support adherence to security design and construction standardsOther duties as assignedQualifications3+ years of experience in construction administration, design coordination, or low voltage / physical security environments 2+ years of experience with ProcoreExperience supporting large-scale or mission-critical projects (data center experience preferred) Familiarity with Bluebeam and design tools such as AutoCAD or Revit Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environmentAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, security system designs and shop drawings, specifications and submittalsExperience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong vendor management and stakeholder communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Office applicationsFamiliarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM workflowsExperience with commissioning and field validation processesExperience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authorityWillingness to travel up to 35%Why ADRMBe part of a forward-thinking physical security firm that is reshaping the industryWork in a collaborative environment that values balance, respect, and integrityADRM covers 100% of health, dental, and vision insurance premiums for team members and their dependents, ensuring complete support for your well-being and that of your familyEnjoy a robust 401(k) plan that includes a generous company match and profit sharingTeam PrideBecause at ADRM, our people are why we existADRM is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a workplace where people feel respected, supported, and valued.
