This person will work alongside our team of Adobe Target business practitioners to create innovative personalized experiences & tests for our clients that span multiple industries. Information Security Responsibilities Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocolsIdentify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assetsUnderstand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information Roles and Responsibilities: Aid in the configuration, administration and operation of Adobe Target to support multi-channel campaigns (create offers & profile scripts for personalized experiences/tests)Develop and implement A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalized experiences using Adobe TargetProvide consulting & technical expertise (act as technical SME for Adobe Target)Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologiesBuild segmentation and audiences in Target to drive personalization activitiesCustomize and enhance web pages and components to meet personalization and testing requirements.Ensure compatibility across different browsers and devices.Ensure proper tagging and tracking for personalization experiences & testsDebug and troubleshoot issues related to Adobe Target implementation and front-end development.Work with advanced Adobe Sensei capabilities Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field required5+ years of experience working with Adobe Target setting up basic and advanced activitiesProficiency in Adobe Target and Adobe Marketing Cloud.Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and personalization strategies.Familiarity with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics preferred).Experience with tag management systems and data layersExperience working with Adobe Analytics and/or Google AnalyticsWeb development experiencePassion for the digital domain and use of technology to solve business problemsAbility to learn new technologies at high level to identify use opportunitiesBe self-motivated, responsive, professional, and dedicated to customer successPossess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindsetExceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written Individual pay is determined by many factors, including experience, relevant education or training, and organizational needs. The mid-range to maximum of the salary range is generally reserved for individuals who are highly experienced in the role.
