Job Overview As our Admissions Coordinator, you'll serve as the front-line staff member, managing initial consultations and support for potential new customers interested in our virtual learning products. This is a part-time, remote position that requires no travel, offering a unique opportunity to work independently and flexibly. You'll collaborate with our marketing team, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to drive lead generation, conversion, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Management: Work with marketing and channel partners to establish lead flows, design and manage a lead pipeline for virtual learning products, and ensure seamless communication with potential customers. Consultations and Conversion: Conduct consultations with individual leads, drive them from prospect to close, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience. Collateral Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging collateral for virtual learning products, highlighting their benefits and features. Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage internal stakeholders, students, and parents, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize lead generation, conversion, and customer satisfaction. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Skills and Experience: Consultative Sales Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in consultative sales, preferably in the education or e-learning sector. Understanding of Online and E-learning Products: Familiarity with online and e-learning products, including their features, benefits, and applications. US Education System: A solid understanding of the US education system, including its structure, curriculum, and requirements. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders. Organizational and Project Management Skills: Excellent planning and organizational skills, with experience in project management, event coordination, and product management. Preferred Qualifications: Startup Experience: Previous experience working in a startup environment, with a focus on growth, innovation, and adaptability. Multicultural Experience: Experience working in multicultural settings, with a deep understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds and needs. Certifications and Training: Relevant certifications or training in sales, marketing, or education, such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, or teaching certifications.
