Job Responsibilities:


Provide general clerical administrative support to various departments, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
Operate standard office equipment, including photocopiers, scanners, and personal computers, with proficiency and accuracy
Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages, providing exceptional customer service and support
Maintain and update filing, inventory, and mailing systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements:


Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in administration and data entry
0-2 years of administrative or clerical experience, with a proven track record of success

Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
