The Opportunity: The Administration Representative, reporting to the Regional Administration Manager, is responsible for a variety of functions to support the Distribution, Finance, Call Centre, Sales, and BT teams for multiple publications. What you’ll do: Prepare daily distribution & production reports Generate single copy payment collection sheets for Finance/Distributors Generate month end circulation statistics for Finance and Distribution Provide customer service for Dealers, Subscribers and Flyer customers Provide support to the call center for subscriber inquiries related to distribution Provide circulation system support to Distribution team including route and trucking changes, general dealer maintenance and draw changes Maintain Subscriber, Dealer, Distributor and Carrier Rates Process single copy dealer returns Correct system errors Local market circulation system support Special projects assigned by the Regional Administration Manager Assist Regional Administration Manager in achieving departmental goals Complete tasks assigned in a timely manner Who you are: Minimum 2 years administrative experience Excellent organizational skills Accuracy is key Ability to multi-task and prioritize with minimal supervision Demonstrated, professional verbal and written communication skills Ability to work well with others in a task-oriented team environment High degree of initiative Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Compensation: Employment offers presented to the selected candidate are based on a combination of qualifications, experience, responsibilities of the role and the candidate's location.
